A new flooring project is just that.... a project.

It requires site preparation. Evaluating your needs is important before entering any relationship. Wood floors have to be expertly installed and sometimes site sanded, stained and finished. Floating and engineered floors require proper installation methods.

Hardwood Floor Care and Maintenance

Remember to protect your investment with the use of manufacturer recommended cleaners (store bought cleaners may leave films, residue and can even void a warranty).

Never use oil soaps, pine based cleaners, liquid or paste waxes, and silicone-based polishes, strong cleaners containing solvents, vinegar, or ammonia. These products can either damage wood floor finishes, or cause problems for future recoats.

When the wood floor is complete, it is important to maintain it. Please read the maintenance instructions carefully.
